Conventional Type Lightning Protection

Protecting buildings from the direct and indirect effects of lightning is essential to ensuring the safety of both people and equipment. For industrial, commercial, and multi-story buildings, lightning protection is not just important—it is a mandatory requirement. Without proper safeguards, lightning strikes can cause fires, explosions, and severe damage to electrical and electronic systems, leading to costly repairs and operational disruptions.

Our lightning protection solutions ensure a high level of safety against lightning strikes. Integrated Lightning Protection Systems (ILPS) offer additional benefits, including the elimination of separation distance, improved aesthetics, and optimized space utilization, making them a smart and efficient choice for modern infrastructure.

With our expertise, we ensure compliance with local regulations and best installation practices across various regions. Our services include LPS design, risk assessment, supply, and installation, utilizing components tested to IEC 62561 and conforming to IS/IEC 62305 & NBC-2016 standards. We also offer lightning protection solutions using structural steel materials to enhance safety and durability.

Industrial Plugs & Sockets

Our Industrial Plugs and Sockets are made from PA 6 material, conforming to IS/ IEC 60309-1 and 2 standards, and are insulated for safety. The UV-resistant outer plastic material has an operating temperature range of -25°C to +85°C (up to 100°C for 1 hour). The brass contacts comply with the RoHS directive 2002/95/EG. We offer both screw and screw-less options for the contact terminals. For higher ampere ratings like 63A and 125A, we incorporate a laminar spring inside the socket, reducing insertion and extraction forces. These higher-rated plugs and sockets also feature a pilot contact system for electrical interlocking, ensuring added safety and efficiency.

Surge Protection Devices

Surge Protective Devices (SPDs) play a critical role in safeguarding electrical and electronic systems from transient voltage spikes caused by lightning strikes, power fluctuations, and switching operations. These sudden voltage surges can severely damage sensitive equipment, disrupt operations, and lead to costly repairs or replacements.

SPDs function by detecting transient voltages and safely diverting excess surge currents to the ground, thereby preventing harmful overvoltages from reaching connected devices. By limiting voltage spikes, SPDs enhance system reliability, reduce downtime, and extend the lifespan of electrical infrastructure.

Why Surge Protection?

project

Uncontrolled power surges can lead to:

  • Damage to electrical and electronic equipment.
  • Costly repairs and operational downtime
  • Malfunctioning of sensitive industrial and commercial systems.
  • Increased safety risks due to electrical failures.

Earthing System

Earthing (or grounding) is the process of connecting electrical systems to the ground using a low-resistance conductor. This ensures that any fault currents, leakage currents, or excess electricity safely dissipate into the earth, preventing electrical hazards.

  • Safety Assurance – Protects people and equipment from electric shocks and faults.
  • Fault Protection – Provides a low-resistance path to dissipate fault currents safely.
  • Equipment Longevity – Prevents damage to electrical devices from voltage fluctuations.
  • Stable Voltage Levels – Maintains consistent voltage, reducing the risk of surges.
  • Lightning Protection – Safely directs lightning strikes to the ground, preventing hazards
  • Reduced Electrical Noise – Minimizes interference in sensitive electronic equipment.
  • Compliance with Standards – Meets safety regulations, ensuring legal and operational reliability.
  • Prevention of Fire Hazards – Reduces the risk of fire caused by electrical faults.
